Kathie began beading many years ago with the help of her sister. It developed into a family passion as she opened a bead store, and Kathie took classes. Kathie found her favorite medium when she discovered seed beads and stitching.
Kathie began teaching at Time 2 Bead in Zionsville and has been teaching for 5 years. She currently teach classes in bead stitching, silver fusion, basic wirework, and hand knotting.
She is often inspired by nature, color, or just an individual bead and enjoys playing with different materials to see what comes out of it.
She is a great instructor who keeps her classes adaptable to each beader's skill level and interest. Her goal is for all to add to their skills and enjoy the relaxation that comes with beading.
